How Probation Works at the Staff Bank
All new external bank workers will be supported through a mandatory 12-week probationary period. You need to complete 12 shifts OR reach 12 weeks whichever is longer. To successfully pass the probation period you are required to have worked a minimum of 12 shifts that demonstrate your competence. New bank workers will have the support of a dedicated Deputy Manager to monitor your progress during probation and provide any support required. Further information will be provided once the probationary period has commenced.
While on probation we request you not to book any night shifts until your competencies are signed off.
Payment for induction shifts will be made on confirmation of attendance at Corporate Induction and completion of mandatory and essential eLearning.
