As well as work experience, the Workforce Development Team also attends career events to engage with, inspire, and provide information on the different careers available within NHS Lothian. These are held in schools, universities, and other public venues in Edinburgh and the Lothians. Sometimes services such as nursing and medical photography attend these events and offer in-depth information on their service.
Each year we attend Skills Scotland Edinburgh held at Ingliston. This event is free for you to attend. Come and visit our interactive and inspiring careers stand, meet some healthcare professionals, and be inspired. Below is a video and photographs from the 2020 event.
