St Johns Hospital is at the heart of the community within West Lothian and within the hospital we ensure that people are at the heart of all we do. The site provides a comprehensive and expanding range of services for the people of Lothian and beyond. The hospital has a 24 hour Emergency Department alongside medical and speciality surgical services, providing regional ENT, Plastics and Burns services. The site also hosts maternity, children’s, and mental health services.

St Johns Hospital is a 550 bedded teaching hospital, with a state-of-the-art simulation centre. The hospital is based in the West Lothian town of Livingston which is easily accessible via the M8. The hospital also has good public transport links and is about a mile from Livingston North train station.
The hospital is situated close to Livingston shopping centre as well as the Livingston FC stadium.
