Join our nursing team
We have a fantastic team of dedicated nurses here. Our nursing teams work in different specialities and sites across the city in:
- people’s homes
- our care homes
- GP clinics/health and social care centres
- a day hospital or hospital at home site.
We deliver nursing care and treatment to people in the community:
- with a wide range of long term conditions
- to keep people safe and well, living in their own homes or a homely setting
- to promote self-management of long-term conditions and independence
- to provide care in the most appropriate environment for the individual like home visits, local clinics, day hospital etc
- to aid recovery following short term illness or on discharge from a hospital.
